Offsite production methods will relieve the pressures traditional builders are under to fulfil the housing needs throughout the UK. Accelerating housing programmes by supplying our modular homes is one way Lesko will assist in closing the gap for the shortage of quality and affordable homes here in the UK

James Pleszko


James qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte LLP in 2009 and has since held Financial Director positions in the Professional Services and Technology sectors.

Martin Waker

Production Manager

Having worked in the MMC industry for over 35 years, Martin’s breadth of experience includes Estimating, Technical, Production & Construction Project management.

Ian Elliott

Sales & Marketing Director

Ian has spent many years in the leisure industry and has worked with Paul at Omar in production, sales and product development.

Head of People and Culture

As an experienced HR Partner with a background in Operations Management, Sarah has held a number of senior UK and international roles with FMCG companies.

Matt joined us at Lesko in 2017, having spent many years working as a Welder/Fabricator on construction contracts for a number of different Companies.
